Jellirby 8b06897989 Launch Party Prefab Update
So I updated the launch party prefab. The launchpad is now visible and stars extend past the default window.

- adjusted particle limits and spawning
- rain is now affected by wind
- cont. work on joe expressions

- animation helper sync scale now plays thru events properly
