Add Back Non-infringing Assets (#11)
* remove game meta files

* most if not all sfx and sprites for the fangames

* delete some more meta files, add back some fangame icons

* hide all the infringing games

Currently doesn't have proper support for old charts, those will be made to default to the Classic gradient at some point in the future

* add Jukebox library

todo:
- saving / loading of new format
- inferrence of unknown data like past versions
- move the temporary float casts to proper use of double
- make sound related functions take double for timing
- inform people that the Jukebox sound player was renamed to SoundByte lol

* make sound, input scheduling, and super curve use double precision

* successfully load charts

* editor works again

v1 riqs can be saved and loaded

* first tempo and volume markers are unmovable

fix loading of charts' easing values

* use gsync / freesync

* update Jukebox refs to SoundByte

* game events use double part 1

Air Rally - Glee Club converted

* don't load song if chart load fails

So, cheer readers is coming now. Starting with an initialized version of course. Also, any games that only have Switch game events are categorized as [INITIALIZATION ONLY] to better differentiate them from [WIP] games that work, but are missing some things

a653194e07 Moved all minigame initialization to Awake()
I just moved everything that was in start to awake. There are a few other changes I made, like using init functions rather than awake in scripts that depended on something that was initialized in another script's awake (to make sure things always happen in the right order), as well as some other stuff in some specific minigames
