DO THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS AFTER PULLING THIS COMMIT:

git submodule update --remote extern/SDL
git submodule update --remote extern/imgui
```

OTHERWISE THINGS MAY BREAK

See open Dear ImGUI issue:

This patches it for macOS in the local copy of imgui_impl_sdl.
