af3c4747e4 start interval/pass turn + more anims
coming along nicely.
got inputs and most of the sfx working, i think i'll focus on the rest of the anims + the light then start doing the inactive cuing stuff
should be easy (but actually this time)

44fb502df0 ignoreSwing parameter for Multisound and BeatAction
Adds a new optional parameter to Multisounds, Soundbytes, and BeatActions, allowing them to ignore swing.
Currently the only game to use these new parameters is Launch Party, but whoever codes Donk-Donk in the future will have a small bit of the weight taken off their shoulders.
