cpw 7e600c0dd8 Fix packaging the gradle wrapper properly. There is still a problem with 
the MDK- it fails to run setupDecompWorkspace.

Filed an issue at ForgeGradle, since this seems to be something FG2 shouldn't
be doing, but is?
