SAA1099 instrument editor consists of five macros:
- [Volume] - volume sequence
- [Arpeggio] - pitch sequence
- [Duty cycle/ Noise] - noise generator frequency
- [Waveform] - selector between tone and noise
- [Envelope] - specifies the envelope generator shape
