The chanOsc images needed an update because things moved a little.
The rest... is entirely because I wanted to see rounded window corners so there aren't ugly black corners when displayed on the white background of HTML or PDF.
Getting rid of a bunch of unused images, replacing one that was supposed to be updated already, and a touch of added documentation on the instrument editor.
