More crash reporting tweaks. Don't crash when trying to show warnings. Also, put the exception name in the error screen on the second line!

Make I18N format errors less spammy, also remove single apostrophes from
current translations in en_us.json. Other langs may still have problems.

Fix classloading properly. ModLoadingClassLoader doesn't work
with the proper delegation model. Abandoned it, in favour of injecting
locators into the Transformer classloader directly.
