Update readme.md 

- Added a line at the beginning mentioning all the English readme contributors
- Updated line 10 with changing the term FOSS to "open source", making it easier for new people to understand
- Fixed a few typos in Features and re-worded some phrases
- Updated the Install line to make the website link look more visually appealing
- Changed a bit the description of the Android and iOS versions 
- Fixed a few other typos in Plans and re-worded some of the phrases 
- Updated the Screenshots line to make it look more visually appealing
