01e9beffc2 [ActivityPub] Add support for more attachments structures 
- Add support for type: Page into [attachment], type: Link using href attribute
- Ensure Receiver::process* parameter is an array
- Remove superfluous eptiness check in JsonLD::fetchElementArray
