Do not verify thumbnail URLs by default 
Partially reverts cca80fe611 and 0ba692acc8

Unless `--check-formats` is specified, this causes yt-dlp to return incorrect thumbnail urls.
See https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/issues/340#issuecomment-877909966, #402

But the overhead in general use is not worth it
