Ac_K 3dcee8c437 account/ns: Implement 13.0.0+ service calls (#2820) ... This PR implements/stubs some missing calls introduced in recent firmware (13.0.0). - `acc:u0 InitializeApplicationInfoV2` needed by ACNH. - `aoc:u NotifyMountAddOnContent/NotifyUnmountAddOnContent/CheckAddOnContentMountStatus` checked by RE.
