Michael Fabian 'Xaymar' Dirks c2c31d1d70 ffmpeg-encoder/nvenc: Invert "no-scenecut" option for "Adaptive I-Frames"
Our "Adaptive I-Frames" is the inverse of the expected parameter to "no-scenecut" in FFmpegs NVENC.
