As not all encoders need all functions, classes inheriting from this should not need to implement all of them as no-ops. Michael Fabian 'Xaymar' Dirks	a7ac58aba6	obs/encoder-factory: Fix encoder rerouting not working properly ... Due to an oversight in the code, the fallback code would simply fail to work as the encoder was always the zero-copy version.
