Replace hardcoded Tooltip.AddTooltip() calls with TooltipGiver script in GameObject (#593)
* Remove all hardcoded Tooltip.AddTooltip() calls

* Add TooltipGiver component where previously hardcoded

* Add TooltipGiver.cs

* Revert "Add TooltipGiver component where previously hardcoded"
