Improve note parameters (#798)

* Add note parameter

* Increase max semitones

* Add previewing sounds for notes

* Add note preview toggle setting

* Fix Launch Party starting note

* Fix preview sound pooling + add BTS preview sound

* Add previewing note when slider handle is clicked
